Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-12

1. The service

This platform provides appointment scheduling software for independent businesses. Businesses configure their own services, staff, availability, and policies. We provide the software; each Business is responsible for the services it delivers.

2. Business accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and your staff accounts.
  • New accounts include a 14-day free trial; continued use may require a paid subscription.
  • You are the data controller for your customers’ personal data and must handle it lawfully.

3. Bookings between customers and businesses

Bookings are agreements between the customer and the Business. Cancellation windows, no-show policies, and fees are set by each Business. We are not a party to the appointment itself and are not liable for the quality or delivery of services booked.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use (including fake bookings).
  • No attempts to breach security, scrape data, or access other tenants’ data.
  • No use that violates applicable privacy or anti-spam laws.

5. Payments

Where enabled, payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds for services are governed by the Business’s own policies and applicable consumer law.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Businesses may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, Businesses may request an export of their data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to Business account holders. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
